    Attached you will find copies of a letter addressed to all Uncompensated 
Personnel. 

    It is imperative that these letters be mailed immediately to the home 
address of each of your Local Board Members, Government Appeal Agent, Associate 
Government Appeal Agent, Medical Advisor and Advisor to Registrants and that 
you keep the contents of the letter in strict confidence.

    You will call this Headquarters, Major May or Miss Goetz 962-2718 
immediately after mailing the above mentioned letter.
