Description: Another letter of Philip Berrigan from prison to his brother, Daniel.
Transcription: the great society, and that exchange
from that point on may be difficult
if not impossible.
I suppose it may be well to
stay with simple criteria like
deleting any overt criticism of the
Pa. environs (as being an issue way
down to the scale of priorities). It may
be well to keep in mind also that
Christianity and Crisis, and the
Christian Century will go with
anything that they can get their fin-
gers on - Commonweal may not be
worthwhile dealing with.
In addition to the formal
stuff, it may be good for me to keep
my eyes open for smaller items, and
to get these to you via letters. Then of
course, the trial offers grand
opportunities for me to stand back
in admiration of the sublimity of
justice protecting citizens.
The Walshes have already moved
to 26 S. Mount St., and seem happy with
the possibilities. They are looking for-
ward to the trial and the prospect of
putting some people up.
